2.4 Partial Refunds

We do not provide pro-rated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

3. Coin Purchase Refunds

3.1 Non-Refundable Policy

General Rule: Coin purchases are non-refundable. Coins are virtual currency with no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money once purchased.

3.2 Exceptions for Coin Refunds

We may issue refunds for coin purchases only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you were charged twice for the same coin purchase
  • Technical Error: If coins were not credited to your account due to a system error
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If your payment method was used without your authorization (subject to verification)

Refund requests for coins must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase and require verification of the issue.

3.3 Spent Coins

Coins that have been spent (used to access features, generate content, etc.) are not eligible for refund under any circumstances. Only unspent coins may be considered for refund in exceptional cases.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If we terminate your account for violation of our Terms of Service, you are not eligible for any refund of subscription fees or coin balances. Termination due to Terms of Service violations forfeits all rights to refunds.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Changes to this policy will not affect refund eligibility for purchases made before the change, unless required by law.
